Description of Position Being Advertised

Through creating a number of new roles, we aim to broaden our skillsets and deepen our expertise, so we can deliver excellent People operations and a first class experience to our leaders and their teams.

As part of this change we're on the hunt for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Payroll Advisor. This newly created role will be responsible for providing our People Team and Kiwibank Leaders with legislative payroll advice and solutions, and assist with running the payrolls and associated processes in a timely and accurate manner.

What will it take to make a success of this role? In addition to being an experienced Payroll Advisor with proven knowledge and experience around the various payroll processes, you'll be a natural multi-tasker who can juggle competing priorities like a pro, and love working in a close-knit team. Coming from a background in payroll, it goes without saying that coping under pressure will be second nature to you! Added to this, you'll know when to apply discretion and confidentiality, allowing you to rapidly build credibility across our business.
