One of the aims of NZPPA is to gain recognition for the work of payroll practitioners.  Part of this is about  how much payroll professionals are being paid.

NZPPA believes that payroll staff are not paid for the complex work that they do, to pay staff correctly and on time.  Over the last ten years our HR cousins have been recognised by businesses as an essential position and are now paid well for the work they do.

We are interested in what you have to say on this topic:
