• We received 7 nominations which is again great, from a wide range of payroll teams located across New Zealand.

The 2015 winner:

NZ Defence Force Payroll Teams

• Through their tireless efforts and their desire to provide the best service that they can to both their customers and the organisation, the Payroll Team has achieved the following major successes during the past year:

• Payroll Accuracy. The Team has maintained a 99.8% average

• Risk Register. They have developed a Payroll Risk Register, identifying all possible risks and how these can be mitigated.

• Voice of the Customer. The 2015 Voice of the Customer Survey resulted in a customer satisfaction rating of 85%, with a 60% response rate.
