Affinity Employer Services are located in Australia and New Zealand.

We provide integrated HRIS incorporating Workforce Management and Payroll deployed in a ‘Cloud Computing’ environment for organisations with over 100 and up to thousands of employees.

Affinity provide holistic, encompassing Payroll and Human Resources (HRIS) systems to better manage HR workforce planning, transaction management, control workforce costs and gain real time visibility to workforce analytics.

With over 300 customers and 25 years’ experience we have gained insight that has enabled us to develop clever software for progressive organisations that want to automate transactions, highlight risks, ensure HR execution and manage compliance.

We have simple, smart self-service to manage engagement and HR transactions where they occur – line manager/employee. We provide information in real time (system does not rely on traditional processing of payrolls to produce costs but provides constant live data) to optimise workforce labour management and reduce labour costs.
